Create 500um Aluminium wirebonds, capable of carrying over 20A each.  These can be made onto copper, aluminium, or nickel plated steel cell cans. 

The unit has a 870 x 370mm working area (which can be extended by reconfiguring access panels) and an integrated vision system.

Training and/or parameter development can be added as optional extras
