Delivery
1.1 Danecca Systems Limited promises to ensure they fulfil their obligations to ensure products are fulfilled, dispatched and delivered within the specific lead times for each product.
1.2 You will receive a notification via email once your order has been fulfilled
1.3 Although Danecca Systems Limited will process orders within the specified lead times, we are limited by courier services' operating hours. On this basis, orders placed on weekends and/or bank holidays will not be fulfilled that day.
1.4 Orders will only be delivered on weekdays
1.5 There is also an option for Click & Collect from our HQ, please find the address mentioned in our returns policy section (5.2)
Delivery Options
2.1 Danecca Systems Limited will select a courier that we feel is appropriate for the shipment of our products. You will be updated by email notification on which courier will be used and when you should expect delivery.
2.2 Please allow us the full duration period of lead times specified to expire before contacting us. We understand how frustrating it can be waiting for your order, but we are only able to launch an investigation into your order once this time has passed. If you do need to contact us, you can do this with any of the methods mentioned within our returns policy section (5.3)
Your Obligations
3.1 Please ensure you have selected the correct delivery option you require.
3.2 Please ensure you have provided us with the correct delivery address. We simply send your order to the address we have on the system - it is down to you, the buyer, to ensure these details ae correct at the time of purchase through your email order confirmation.
3.3 Please ensure you have ordered the correct products you require. If you order any items that are incorrect for your application, it will be down to you, the buyer to return the goods at your own cost providing they are unused and in their original packaging.
