What do we do?
At Danecca Systems Limited, we are passionate about removing barriers that prevent increased use of lithium-ion battery packs and modules as a tool in the fight against climate change and provide energy security for all. 

We design, manufacture and test li-ion battery packs and modules all in-house. We have over 15 years of experience working with li-ion batteries and have a range of expertise in automotive, transport, agriculture, aerospace, motorsport, marine, defense, off-highway and grid sectors.

We pride ourselves on our engineering discipline, using data-driven decisions and the concept of Failure Mode Avoidance to deliver you the best product for your application. Our engineering team spans every discipline required for battery pack and module design and development. We have a dedicated engineering team with backgrounds from mechanical, electrical and software engineering.

To ensure your battery system and modules performs as expected, we perform module and pack verification testing. We can conducts tests on your existing design with our in-house test capabilities. These include: shock, vibration, thermal and humidity, as well as pack and module performance and ageing tests. Our facilities allow us to perform UN 38.3 transportation testing on your battery systems.
